Did my tutor care or what?

I go to college and it was the end of biology, and I walked out of the classroom and my tutor was walking behind me but I didn't know at the time. Then I stopped all of a sudden and my tutor accidentally trod on the backs of my shoe! then all of a sudden he said "oh my god, im so sorry chloe" So did my tutor care or something? and does he care about me??
