Guys I need ur help. Does he like me?

This guy let's call him E. E and I have been friends for about 7 months. Well about 5 1/2 months into our friendship he started giving me hugs when we passed each other in the hallway. One day he starts to hold my hand then he puts his hand in my back pocket. Weeks past and starts saying stuff like "what up baby and mmmm you lookin hot today". More weeks past and the hugs and comments continue. All my friends think we will go out. Then I find out he has a gf. They've been dating for 4 months now. But then he asks me for my number. I don't have a phone and I'm 13. I was sooooo embarassed so I lied and said o had a phone and no u can't have my #. After that he stopped the comments. He still gave me hugs but they were more like friend. We had entered the friend zone. So when we went on the field trip at the end of the year... Well my friends, e, and I were playing a game colors. Somebody holds you and dunks you underwater while they decide the color. Everytime u gusess wrong u get dunked. When u get the color right u get flipped. Well my friend picked me up and then E said I wanna hold her... Then on the bus ride home he tells me his gf has seen him naked but they didn't do anything. So does he like me? It's so confusing... FYI I'm a girl
