Is she interested in me? ?

Ok,there's a girl at work who I had a crush on for a while,but she never really paid attention to me until one day I noticed she always asked my friend about me...so I asked her out but she said that she wasn't interested,so I backed off then I noticed her always staring at me all the time...then one day she stopped me in the hallway just to tell me that she wanted to talk to me so I did and she told me she wanted my phone number so I gave it to her....but one day I got a ride from my friend and I got to say she is freaking hot,and at the same time we were pulling up she was pulling up,so I see how that looks bad on me,since then she hasn't really talked to me at all...so is she still interested or not..
