Shoul I ask her out..?

She's 15.5 and I'm nearly 14. I know she must like me and I really like her. She's has been hurt emotionally by guys before. She is VERY sentimental about it. Everytime I bring up the topic she has to pull her self together if i tread to far. Shes very morher like and im rather business like. Do you think I should ask her out?
