I feel bad for taking her virginity?

I'm 18, i was at a party last Friday and this girl was there that i have sorta liked for a while, nothing serious but shes a nice girl and she's hot. we were chatting and drinking, she's 16, i know she wasn't meant to be drinking as she's 2 years under the legal age but most teenagers do it anyway.. anyway, we were dancing in the hallway of this house party and there was a bedroom not far from us, we started kissing and she lead me to the bedroom, it wasn't until we were just about to have sex that she told me she was a virgin, but she said she wanted to have sex with me. so we went along with it, and used protection, she had to leave the party not long after and she text me a few days later saying that i took advantage of her, i don't think i did take advantage of her as we were both under the influence of alcohol and she seemed more up for it than me.. now she wont even talk to me, she thinks i just used her for sex, but i actually did like her. i have tried explaining this to her but she just gets mad and says that i took her virginity and that it didn't mean anything to me. but it did! what shall i do? i feel bad for it because she feels used..:/
