Sky TV question where to watch?

Ok, iv just got sky with sky sports and the verity pack. I was wondering what are all the ways I can watch it and where? They havnt installed it yet, but someone said something about watching it online and on my iPhone? I know I can watch it on my Xbox but if anyone can explain it that would be great :L I don't wanna pay any extra to watch it so only the free ways please... Thanks so much :)
