Someone who knows about cars...PLEASE HELP!?

Tires: Replace the bad ones. Air Conditioning: Have the freon serviced. Brakes: You need to have the shoes/pads checked and probably replaced. They do not have air in the system. The reason the reservoir was low was due to the normal wearing down of the brake lining.
