I cant break my habbit of junk food?

Hey guys. All my life, ive had ALOT of junk food. To get me to stop crying as a baby, me dad would shut me up by giving my ice cream. Now i eat ice cream everyday. What is wrong with my new(ish) central air unit?

4 or 5 years back I bought a new central heat & air unit. In my hallway, it sounded like a roaring tornado & the cool air could blow the house down. It was great! Then after a few years, it now sounds hollow &/or shallow & barely blows any air. It is still cold air, but doesn't keep my house cool due to not enough air pressure flowing up through the floor vents. Used to you could see the air blowing things like curtains all around. Now, you can barely feel any air when you put your hand or foot over the vent. I have it serviced yearly & change the filters regularly. The service man said it was a little dirty on the outside unit & was running about 10 degrees hotter than normal. He cleaned it & said it would be fine now. But, like always it's NOT. Since I bought this new, he services it yearly for free. I hired someone else to service it this time, hoping they could figure out the problem. But, didn't help any. What can I do to get my house cold again? Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm a teen Boy and At school today I went in with just my trainers and as soon as i got through the door a teacher stopped me and said take your trainers off. My family doesn't like the guy I'm seeing.. for no reason?

Okay, so I'm 19 and I live at home with my mum and sister. I've been seeing this guy for about 3 or 4 weeks and he's come round to my house about 5 times, I haven't been to his yet. My mum has said that she doesn't like him - she hasn't even had a conversation with him other than small talk?! She's annoyed that I haven't been to his and he always comes here, he said his mum is 'overprotective' and 'nosy' and he hasn't exactly said he doesn't want me to go to his, but he seems uncomfortable about it. Well, you are about to start high school. A lot of the guys you have seen are just boys. Really immature and stupid. In high school some will mature. Like this guy, who won't book you, he is a good guy and nice. A lot of people would get pissed at him if he "booked" you. Because you don't pick on a girl. A lot of guys would go after him. And if a guy did that to a girl a lot of guys would go after him. Because you don't treat people like that. It's not right. If you see it happen, help pick the books up. HELP! My sons father is taking me to court for FULL CUSTODY!!?

I am 22 year old single mother of a 2 year old boy, my sons father is 23 years old and we both have shared custody of our son but here is the problem.. He is taking me to court for FULL CUSTODY I got a knock on my door at around 11AM in the morning from his LITTLE SISTER giving me court papers and I didn't handle it very well so I broke down crying infront of her and asking her why she stated for me to ask her brother. The papers showed that he filed for court on me on MAY 12, But I got the papers MAY 31st !!! He gave it to me late notice and court was about 26 days away from that date, I have court on June 30th at 11AM. I live in Canada Toronto, Ontario. I breastfed my son for 5 months, I lived with my mother since my son was 1 years old and then got my own apartment after that but before that i was living with my mother and she was helping me with everything, I took my son to all his doctors appointments, I had him full time since he was 3 months old and after that his father had him for the weekends I was nice enough to do that for him, He NEVER PAYED CHILD SUPPORT only until we had an incident that happened on my sons birthday when I punched my sons father in the face because he said something horrible to me that I couldn't take in, him and his sister both forcefully took me out of the car (his sisters car) and tried driving off wiht my son in the car I called the police and the call turned out on me because him and sister stated i punched him in the face while she was driving and me and my son were in the back seat. The police asked them if they wanted to press charges on me and they said No, and they asked if my sons father was paying child support and he said no and they said he needs to start! I am not going to lie and say that did not happen it did but i appologized but because she told the police that they got childrens aid involved but the lady came to my house hold and she seen that my apartment was CLEAN there was food in the FRIDGE AND CUBBOARDS, and that my son was well taken care of. Having a bit of an identity crisis?

well, like last year i was depressed. then i went through a period of being incredibly happy to incredibly low. and now everything is perfect. i'm now confident. i've realised who my real friends are, even if i don't have many. i'm surrounded by things i love. the weather is nice, its summer (wooo!) but it's like i don't really who i really am yet, like i don't know who i stand for. nowadays, if anyone gives me **** im not scared to start on them. but now i'm finding it hard to get the balance right between being a good person and not causing trouble and standing up for my self/friends and what i believe in. i don't really know where the line is between making things better and making things worse, i becoming more in touch with my dark side and i fear i may be becoming a bad person. i just don't wanna be walked all over - again. they say you don't lose friends over the years, you just realise who your real ones are. but i've lost so many people i counted as friends in these passed few months through sticking up for myself and others that i'm starting to doubt that. i wondering whether i should have just left it and kept all these people as friends and forgave them. My spanish teacher is hitting on me!?

And I think its kinda weird because this teacher is supposed to be gay. He stops me every time we see each other in the hallway and asks about my life, which doesn't bother me, but he can get kinda creepy at times. Like this one time he asked me what I was doing over summer break and I told him I was going to my family's beach house and he was like "oh, that's cool! You should send me some pics!" I'm Worried About A Swimming Test, Tomorrow?

Alright, so my class is going to a day camp tomorrow as an end-of-the-year kind of thing. No homework, no classes, no education! So, I originally thought it was going to be fun. Then, today I found out that in order to be able to swim in the deep end, there's going to be a test that is a race and being able to tread water for 30 seconds. I can swim, I'm just not...thereee....you know what I mean? So, all my friends are going to be able to swim in the deep end and I'm going to be the only one in the shallow end! I mean, I haven't taken the test (it's tomorrow, DUH! lol:P), but I know that I'm not going to pass. Of course, maybe I could pass if I had suggestions on how to swin better! I was concerned how the ducklings would get out of the pool safely once they went in. So I rigged up a flotation with a blanket that hangs over the water, the mattress and then they climb out of the pool that way. Mom has 5 more eggs in nest, but she's now sitting with them at night near the blanket and her 3 under her, while the eggs sit near by. Will they hatch? They are so super cute and boldly swim all around me when I'm in the pool, mom watches intently but she is now sometimes out of the water, while the babies are swimming around me. They are 3 days old and each day get bolder to get my attention or swim right at me while I tread water, so cute. So how do they safely leave? At what age can they fly?

I had a dream that predicted something terrible to happen to the world?

I never dream in detail, but this dream I was was a huge exception. I feel as if it either happened or I was predicting something to happen. I sort of have a Sixth sense sometimes. I remember everything. There was a small airport that was the victim of a terriorost attack and it was a complete bloodbath. I was working there as a relief worker, helping victems with onsite first aid and trying to rescue unharmed children and adults. I remember every aspect about the airport, all the hallways, doors, labels, everything. I never dream in detail. The two people I was working with managed to get a car to leave the building, as it became too dangerous, and I went back inside to get a little girl I had passed before. Workout needs more fun?

School is ending and I need a better workout! I am on the leaner side but my family is all obese and if I don't work out I end up gaining weight! In school I have 3 gym periods a week (2 hrs and 15 minutes) and we almost always play sports and I love it! It helps me relieve stress and be aggressive and workout and have fun! On the days I don't have gym and one day on the weekend I work out (usually only and hour at max to stay healthy). I usually run on the tread mill but that gets really boring! I watch tv but that doesn't tend to satisfy me. If i try listening to music I love music so much i try to sing along but I get to out of breath and I have to stop and slow my work out down. Over the summer there is no sports team to do because the only way to join is to join in the beginning of the season (October) (I've tried but you can't this time of year). I also have a pool, but it gets boring to, swimming back and forth.I would love to have my friends come over and play sports but in the summer they get lazy because of the intense heat. Is there a presence in my house?

In Oct 2010 my husbands terminally ill uncle came to live with us. He was an odd character, spoke to himself... carried conversations with people we couldn't see (overheard him arguing, talking etc.) and we didn't really give much into it but my children started seeing shadows, hearing footsteps, and sometimes hearing things. What is happening and why did it start even before he died? Mind you that he did not die in our home.

Huge under steer on ford escort!?

I had to take out all my floors, cut out some walls, and take out baseboards due to water damage. Now I've run out of money and favors, so although all the major work is done, the little finishing touches like the baseboards and the tmoldings that transition from the tile to the pergo floor still need to be done. I was wondering how hard this would be to do myself? I am a 25yo woman and I'm pretty handy, but I have no idea what kind of saw I would use to cut the baseboards and the tmoldings? Would I need a power saw or could I use something less expensive and scary? It's only one tmolding and then a hallway and bathroom of baseboards.

At a recent wedding, the bride's children were the bridesmaid and page boy. I said to my mother "Mother, here is the perfect example of putting the cart before the horse". How does a tattoo work?

Hey to start off with that looks wicked. if you have managed to draw it out perfectly then take it into the tattooist and show them if not then if they have got internet access they might be able to look at it which will give them an idea on what you want, they draw it on special paper i think that then sticks to the skin which then gives them the lines to tattoo on. Weight obsessed relatives, almost crazy?

Well, here's the thing. I have 1 aunt who has 1 husband and they've got 2 kids who are my cousins. The whole family is weight obsessed. What bothers me the most is that it's affecting their children the most. The kids are 11 and 9 years old. The whole family is fat, I'm not trying to sound rude, I love them with all my heart, but this is crazy. They've got scales all over the house, wii fit, this push up machine, a tread mile, a trampoline. Like yesterday it was my birthday, and the little 9 year old boy (my cousin) had a lot of cake, a lot of ice cream, then he was like "Mom, I've lost 0.3 kg/ half of a pound" then when I suggested we'd go out and play on the playground or something his big sister said to him "Yeahh, you need some exercise" and when we were climbing on these ropes he was like "Hurry up fatty" to his sister. Then when he got tired after about 1 hour his sister was like "see, all you do is sit down and eat, get up and keep walking" and his sister said to me "you're so skinny, how much do you weigh?" and then he asked the same question about 10 minutes later and I told him, and he said "Then I weigh less than you!" and I said "Yeah you do, but I am much taller" then he told me to go over to this thing that looks like a balance scale, but on the playground, and then of course I weighed more, then his sister sat on his side and she was like "Yeah, we're fatter than you" This was not how I visualized my birthday, and I seriously feel sympathy for them, when I was their age I never thought about weight & stuff like that. What can I do to help them?

Making a minor adjustment on vehicle alignment?

Both front tires on my 2005 Sienna are wearing on the outer edge of the tread (like the tires are tilted outward on the top). I can manage my way around basic auto repairs and was wondering if there was an adjustment I could try. It looks like the same amount of wear on both tires. Long ago in my high school auto we were showed how you can adjust the tie rods, etc., the caveat being to mark where you started. I don't see where I could make an adjustment on this vehicle to bring the tires more vertical. does anyone know? I don't have the money to bring it in to a shop, especially since I'll probably try to get sold on a whole front end package. The vehicle runs well, no noticeable pulling or vibration, just extra wear on the outer edges.

Double pole circuit breaker and my wiring have me worried.?

I had a room in my house with an outlet on a switch. I hate those so I added a ceiling fan. The switch was originally an "end Line" switch. I rewired the outlet and the switch to use a "through" switch. The part I don't understand is the circuit breaker. It is a double pole breaker 110v. It uses 2 hot wires with a common neutral. One switch controls the light in the room I'm working on, the other controls the hallway. There is some sort of transformer on the side of the panel that HUMS. WHen I turned off the breaker to the room I'm working on, the HUM stops. I noticed that the Ceiling fan motor HUMS louder than I thought it would. Here are my questions. Why the double pole breaker? To save space? What is the transformer? Does anyone see a problem with my switching an "end line" switch into a "through" switch?? Thank you so much in advance.

i don't want to be called disgusting so dont. about a month ago on may 4th 2011 i had drunk 3 pepsi's and some beer. when i got to my job they had a lockdown situation for about 4 hours and i needed to pee but the cops wouldnt let me out in the hallway so i grabbed the pepsi bottle and urinated inside of it. of course i still had to pee after that but it was a relief to let some of it out after 4 hours. so anyways when i peed it smelled normal and i sealed the bottle and put it in my drawer. Today about 1 month after in peed in the bottle i remembered it, so my co-worker decided it would be funny to draw a penis on my car in "chalk paint" so about an hour ago at 10 p.m when my shift was over i grabbed the bottle and unleashed hell onto his grey toyota Prius. i poured it all over his door handle and the roof of his car which scurried down his windshield I expected it to be normal piss but i realized it had turned cloudy and after sitting in a 80 degree room for a month it had little clear chunks and debris inside and it looked sticky on his car. and it had a very weird and foul smell ,it smelled nothing like pee. it kinda smelled like a mixture of expired butter and ammonia with a hint of fish stew. anyways i got the hell out of there but can someone explain to me why pee changed smell in a month. what does urine contain?

My dog whines too much?

I have a 4 year old chocolate lab who is a great dog except every morning he wake up around 5am and whines until we get up.and its not because of hunger or has to go to the bathroom he just wants us up. Even when we put him in the hallway he whines, and so he sleeps in the garage. Do any of you have advice to give so he will stop whining in the morning?? Pllleeease help!!!!

HELP! My sons father is taking me to court for FULL CUSTODY!!?

I am 22 year old single mother of a 2 year old boy, my sons father is 23 years old and we both have shared custody of our son but here is the problem.. He is taking me to court for FULL CUSTODY I got a knock on my door at around 11AM in the morning from his LITTLE SISTER giving me court papers and I didn't handle it very well so I broke down crying infront of her and asking her why she stated for me to ask her brother. The papers showed that he filed for court on me on MAY 12, But I got the papers MAY 31st !!! He gave it to me late notice and court was about 26 days away from that date, I have court on June 30th at 11AM. I live in Canada Toronto, Ontario. I breastfed my son for 5 months, I lived with my mother since my son was 1 years old and then got my own apartment after that but before that i was living with my mother and she was helping me with everything, I took my son to all his doctors appointments, I had him full time since he was 3 months old and after that his father had him for the weekends I was nice enough to do that for him, He NEVER PAYED CHILD SUPPORT only until we had an incident that happened on my sons birthday when I punched my sons father in the face because he said something horrible to me that I couldn't take in, him and his sister both forcefully took me out of the car (his sisters car) and tried driving off wiht my son in the car I called the police and the call turned out on me because him and sister stated i punched him in the face while she was driving and me and my son were in the back seat. The police asked them if they wanted to press charges on me and they said No, and they asked if my sons father was paying child support and he said no and they said he needs to start! I am not going to lie and say that did not happen it did but i appologized but because she told the police that they got childrens aid involved but the lady came to my house hold and she seen that my apartment was CLEAN there was food in the FRIDGE AND CUBBOARDS, and that my son was well taken care of. I am not rich I am on assistant since I WAS a full time mother. in December my sons father took my son to MEXICO he begged me and I told him no (reason because i felt my son was to young of age and i was afraid of all the sickness or dangers he can go through) he got his parents who reside in Mexico to call me and I said yes because they were begging for about an hour on the phone) I signed the papers for him to leave the country just to be nice. before that in October 2010 he automatically took my son from me full time and put him in daycare without my consent! and I ended up having him on the weekends ever since and still do. I missed some weekends but only because I am looking for work! I haven't found work yet but I am trying and I want my son to be with me Mon-Fri and his fathers to have him on the weekends I am a good mother there is no reason for me to not have my son, I do not do drugs or alcohol or believe in abuse! He has money I am on welfare how will I win this case my sons fathers girlfirend (that he cheated on me with when i was 7 and half months pregnant is on the daycare papers and she picks my son up from daycare. I don't work and my sons father lives with his sisters in a condo and works a 9-5 Job so I have no clue of why he wants my son full time I can have more time with my son as I do not work! he lied on the court papers and said my house is DIRTY, I have no FOOD, and that my hallway stinks of marijuana (my neighbors smoke alllllll daay) and stinks up the hallway. My house is CLEAN, and I do have food in the fridge I make sure to put breakfast lunch and dinner on the table at ALL times when my son is with me! I spoke with my sons father and he even appologized to me for assuming that i do not have food and all that stuff but he said he wants mondays to fridays and that he wants me to have weekends, but on the court papers he put SOLE CUSTODY and said I can only have SUPERVISED VISITS as if I am some crack head or something! Even my mother had to tell him he is in the wrong but he is doing this for his girlfirend and his sisters because if he was doing what was best for his son he would know mom is best for fulltime care giver! he even put the incident of when I punched him in his face on the court papers !! I spoke with him the other day and he said he would not take me to court if we can have a decent agreement so instead of going looking for a lawyer I left it alone, but he told me just 2 days ago that he will be taking me and that he will see me in court and that he has a GOOD lawyer and that I do too and I told him I don't have a lawyer and he said oh well see you there and hanged up on me ! Court is on thursday.........I have NO Lawyer, No nothing.. the onlly thing I have is witness what am I to do and I haven't seen my son in 2 weeks he is KEEPING MY SON FROM ME!
